2. What this website does
The public calculator works in browser memory and does not transmit or save measurements. My progress is a separate free account service with verified emails that stores authorised personal records on the server. Details and retention periods are in its specific privacy policy.
Hosting may generate technical access logs, such as IP address, date, requested resource and browser agent, needed to serve and secure the website. These are separate from the health values entered in the calculator.

When you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, information you provide is used to answer your request, explain the programme and manage appointments. Applicable bases may include pre-contractual steps at your request, the care relationship or consent where required.
If care begins, clinical information is processed outside this website to provide healthcare and meet legal duties, under the applicable bases in GDPR Articles 6 and 9(2)(h). Booking care does not imply consent to advertising.
4. WhatsApp and third parties
WhatsApp buttons contain a generic administrative message. They do not include calculator values or results and do not load a Meta component before you click.
Opening WhatsApp, maps or another external website also involves the provider’s terms, potentially including international processing or transfers. Do not send reports, identity documents or health information through public WhatsApp. The clinic will indicate a suitable channel.
5. Recipients and retention
Information is accessible to authorised staff and necessary providers under appropriate safeguards, and to authorities where legally required. Personal information is not sold.
Enquiries are retained as needed to answer them and address related liabilities. Clinical and billing records follow applicable legal retention periods. Erasure cannot remove information that must legally be kept. Calculator values are not added to your medical record by this website.
6. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure where applicable, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent at askabide@askabide.com or through the DPO. Proportionate identity checks may be needed to protect your data.
You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.aepd.es. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
7. Security and changes
Do not submit other people’s information without a lawful basis. Healthcare communications should use channels agreed with the clinic. This policy must be updated if measurement tools, forms, payments or other services are added.
The general calculator is for adults. Its availability is not an offer of treatment to minors.
